Our client is a leading global manufacturer providing highly engineered and quality precision components to a variety of industries. They are seeking a Director of Sales responsible for building relationships with Corporate Accounts within the Industrial Distribution market.
- Development and execution of annual sales plan to achieve sales forecasts and gross margin targets.
- Increase sales and brand awareness with corporate accounts in the distribution channel.
- Maintain and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Managing and executing processes to maintain pricing, gross margin and customer payment.
- Allocate resources in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to support customer development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related technical field.
- Experience working with C Level Executives and Corporate Accounts including with Motion Industries, Applied Industrial Technologies, Kaman, etc.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial distribution
- Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop.
- Proven track-record of success within the industry.
- Ability to produce high quality, complex, written reports and communication.
