 Customer Service Manager – Order Entry New! Category: General Manufacturing Job Number: 70229
Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-performance team through recruiting, hiring, developing and training employees.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently providing guidance to the order entry and management departments.
  • Track department productivity, quality and performance through the establishment and implementation of KPIs for processing new customer orders and change orders in company ERP and CRM systems.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues through providing guidance to the order entry and order management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with export guidelines and all other company policies.
  • Participate in the company's Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Prepare reports for sales visibility and decision-making including dashboards.
  • Develop and implement new processes that enhance customer service and drive productivity.
  • Participate as a key team member in the implementation of SAP.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college strongly desired.
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of success in building and coaching a high-performing team
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales order processes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office products and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
