- Build a high-performance team through recruiting, hiring, developing and training employees.
- Ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently providing guidance to the order entry and management departments.
- Track department productivity, quality and performance through the establishment and implementation of KPIs for processing new customer orders and change orders in company ERP and CRM systems.
- Resolve day-to-day issues through providing guidance to the order entry and order management teams.
- Ensure compliance with export guidelines and all other company policies.
- Participate in the company's Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Prepare reports for sales visibility and decision-making including dashboards.
- Develop and implement new processes that enhance customer service and drive productivity.
- Participate as a key team member in the implementation of SAP.
