Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be the primary connection between the company and the customer, and will market and sell steel products in support of company goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Forecasting

  • Develop territory sales forecasts and plans for long-term growth
  • Conduct pricing analyses and cost-benefit comparisons with regard to market competitors
  • Identify opportunities for development of new customers
  • Develop sales and growth plans for existing accounts

Sales

  • Manage accounts through automated sales system
  • Conduct sales calls and obtain product orders
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs
  • Identify and present products to address customer needs
  • Investigate and resolve claims issues
  • Utilize full scope of company resources to facilitate sales and presentations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Key Accounts in an Industrial Sales environment
