The HR Manager will provide strategic human resource leadership to site. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on to effectively create, translate, and implement business strategy into the organization.

The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and programs including the following:

  • Organizational design and effectiveness
  • Employee relations
  • Employee development
  • Change management and culture development
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Succession planning / talent management
  • Leadership and team development
  • Talent acquisition and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.  SHRM certifications a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and state/ federal employment laws
  • Ability to consult with, challenge, and influence senior management to align people, processes, and practices with business objectives
  • Strong record of driving organizational change, delivering results, and high performance
  • Bi-lingual in SpanishAbility to travel up to 5%
